I first found out about Lakeside Pharmacy when my daughter had a prescription sent here from her dermatologist. I didn't switch and I stayed with the big box pharmacies that I had used my entire life. Even though they were insanely frustrating to deal with and had huge crowds. I had finally had enough and I decided to switch over to this pharmacy. It was the best decision that I ever made. The simple fact that they will ship your prescriptions to you and don't require you to come to the pharmacy is a lifesaver and enough of a boon on its own to recommend this pharmacy to everyone. But then you couple the fact that delivery is free and that brings it up to another level. But that's not even the best part. I have to take a prescription that costs me $45 a month and it's quite a financial burden to me. Well, my job recently switched insurance companies and that same prescription nearly doubled to $70 a month and I was trying to come up with the money to pay for it. The pharmacy kept in touch to see when I would be able to finish my transaction and I was getting worried because I just couldn't afford it. I was then contacted with great news that the pharmacy staff was able to find a manufacturer coupon that reduced my cost to $0! I was floored! I have never had a company or a pharmacy actually take the time to assist and help me with my issues before. I honestly can't recommend this pharmacy enough. The staff is courteous and outgoing and just super helpful. I didn't ask for them to look for a coupon, they just did it on their own! I have never experienced that before. I know that I will be singing the praises of this pharmacy to anyone and everyone that I can for as long as I can and send everyone that has prescriptions to them. Thank you so much!
